What is Needed:
Contributions of your unwanted, but still useful and functioning items:
Children’s toys and accessories (no clothing please); Household items such as: furniture, vintage items, Christmas decorations, Crafts & Supplies, books, magazines, music, live plants, sports equipment, hardware tools, PLEASE no Exer-cycles, Christmas trees or plastic mugs – experience has shown that these items do not sell.
Donations can be dropped off starting Saturday, May 17th, downstairs in the back hall of the lower west wing. All items should be clean and in good working order. Please note that we CANNOT accept any donations of computers. Call the church office if you need someone to pick up your items.
We need workers in ALL areas the morning of the event, but a large part of the work happens the week leading up to the sale. From Tuesday, May 27th until Friday, May 30th, sorting organizing and pricing items will take place. You can come and go at the convenience of your schedule…all helping hands are welcomed!
