As we continue to journey through this Advent season, may we remember to be Christ in the world. As our tempers grow short as we sit in holiday traffic or when we can’t find a parking space at the store, or when the line for the register is a mile long, may we remember that Christ is growing within us, giving us the grace and love that we need to be Christ for others. As we encounter other people in the hurriedness of our lives, may Christ come out in your speech, in your actions, in your decisions. And even as we continue past Christmas and beyond for 2014, may every place we live be a Bethlehem, and every day we live be a Christmas, delivering Christ into the world through the likes of us.
